At beginning we will discuss which type of design you are looking at and what inclusion package will fulfil your dream project at your budget range. With the 5% payment of construction contract signing will associate us with your dream home.
After signing and land registration our designing team will communicate with you to do designing, and approval team will prepare documentation for approval through Private Certifier (CDC) or Council (DA) depending on circumstances.
Before construction roll in and during Design and Approval you can choose all products for your dream home (from inclusion package you choose).

*Starting Stage - after temporary fencing and portable toilet your land will be prepared for concrete. With Pouring concrete, the foundation stage will complete and upon completion and inspection by a certified Engineer and Building Certifier 15% progress payment will be due.
*Framing Stage – There your home will get shape with timber internal wall, and windows frame will be installed. Once framing done Engineer and Building Certifier will inspect. Completion of framing Stage 20% progress payment will be due.
*Roof and External Wall – After framing External wall team will start making all external wall with bricks, hebel, cladding (depending on demand). Roof will be installed after that with Roof tile or Colourbond (depending on circumstance and demand). Another 20% progress payment will be due once we finish this stage.
*Roughing, Gyprock and Cut-out – When home is secured by roof shade internal plumbing, electrical wiring and aircon ducting will take place. Then internal wall will be finish with Gyprock what gives complete room and area view. Hence electrical and plumbing team will cut-out their all point of product installation. Upon completing this stage, a 20% progress payment will be due.
*Painting, Flooring and Fit-out – In this stage your home will get sharp view as design. Internal wall, external wall (if chosen) will wear paint, hence our attention will be on floor tiles or wooden floor (depending on what chosen), kitchen installation, cabinets, wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors and internal doors, besides electrical and plumbing team will install their connections. Succeeding these 10% progress payment will be due.
Your Site Supervisor will welcome you at your new home and will introduce its all features and functions, you will be able to settle down at your location and receive the keys. There your final 10% progress payment will be due.
Our maintenance team will look after all services during the maintenance period mentioned in your contract without any charge. Homeowners need to complete the Maintenance form and send it to admin team by the due date.
